尊敬的领导:

您好!

很遗憾在这个时候向公司正式提出辞职,或许我还不是正式职工,只是临时雇佣的,不需要写这封辞职信。当您看到这封信时,也许我已经不在公司了,但是请您通知财务为我结算这个月的工资。谢谢!

来到公司已经不短的时间了,开始感觉公司的气氛就和一个大家庭一样,大家相处的融洽和睦,在这里有过欢笑,有过收获,当然也有过痛苦。虽然多少有些不快,不过在这里至少还是学了一些东西。

在几个月的工作中,我确实学到了不少,然而工作上的毫无成就感总让自己彷徨。我开始了思索,认真的思考。思考的结果――或许自己并不适合我公司定义的这项工作。

最初来公司每天的工作感觉还是非常让人有成就感的,每天通知在银行贷款购买房屋的业主们,他除了可以享受银行的优质贷款服务以外,还可以有选择的得到我们公司为其提供的手机一部,只需要提交身份证复印件,连续使用两年省钱的包月套餐即可。这是一项很诱人的服务,所以有很多人都办理了这项业务,我在帮他们办理业务的时候也学到了不少的东西,在这里要感谢公司。

第一个月的工资拿到手的时候,我非常地高兴,我当时就想,拿着公司不算低的工资,我一定要为公司创造价值,同时在以后的工作中努力,以达到当时面试我的冀总向我提到的,在我们公司好好工作,完成当时公司给我制定的目标,答谢公司对我的信任。

在之后的工作中,很荣幸的得到了您的亲自指导,您在工作经验以及业务上比我强了不知多少,我很是佩服。我当时想的就是要跟着你好好干下去,不辜负您对我的栽培。

可是在随后的工作中却出现了问题 您忙,我们都知道,贵人都有忘事的时候,我理解您。可是在以后的月份,我领取第二个月份工资的时候,已经降低了非常大的工资标准。没关系,公司有困难我们可以理解,大家都是公司的一分子,理应为公司分忧,可是麻烦您事先说一声,好吗?这样当我在月底才领到工资之前,就会勒紧裤腰带,把一分钱掰成两半花,才不必低着头红着脸又问父母要钱花。要知道,第二个月份的工资您才给我发了不到400块钱啊!连吃饭都不够 啊!

别人上班是为了挣钱,我上班却是贴钱啊!这点钱是怎么得来的您应该比我清楚,我辛辛苦苦的为公司工作却只得了这么点钱,看来我在公司的处境还比不上一个临时雇用的促销。可悲啊!

从这个月开始,公司里的其他同事都享受到了基本社会保险的优待了。没有人问到我,或许您这么做,自有您的考虑。可是轮到给我上保险这一项,您又神奇般的忘记了,对吗?

甲方根据乙方的生产需要,为乙方提供短期佣工人员,为明确双方的权利义务,经甲乙双方协商一致同意,订立如下协议:

一、短期佣工期限:

本协议期限自2014年6月 日起至2014年7月 日止。

二、合作内容:

1、甲方为乙方提供符合乙方用人需求的相关务工人员。

2、甲方为乙方提供的劳务人员,由甲方发放务工人员工资。

三、员工工资的结算与支付:

1、务工人员每天的工作时间9-10小时的,每月出勤25天;工资报酬为每人每月1700元。

2、结算时间和方式:乙方应在每月10日前将务工人员的薪资结算与甲方,甲方现场发放短期佣工人员的佣金。工资单交乙方存档做账。

四、甲方的权利和义务:

1、甲方根据乙方的用人需求,在本协议签定后7天内为乙方输送达到法定用工年龄、并经乙方确认合格的务工人员赴乙方工作。

2、甲方负责短期佣工人员招收,简单的职前培训工作;教导短期佣工人员严格遵守乙方日常生产管理、岗位调动、绩效考核,遵守乙方制订的安全生产、劳动纪律、操作规范、岗位责任制等乙方各项管理规章制度。

3、甲方负责定期对短期务工人员进行有效的劳务跟踪和劳务管理,可以采取多种形式了解乙方使用短期佣工人员的情况,乙方应予以配合;甲方应协助乙方教育短期佣工人员遵守国家法律、法规,有义务协助乙方做好短期工人员的思想工作。

4、甲方应负责对短期务工人员进行输送前的政策、法律教育,职业道德培训,提供必要的建议和指导,并如实介绍乙方情况。

5、甲方负责短期务工人员的录用、退工手续,负责处理短期佣工人员因在乙方工作期满或因违反乙方各项管理规章制度被终止劳务工作的事宜。

6、短期佣工人员在乙方工作期间发生工伤、职业病、死亡等事故的,乙方应及时通报和处理。发生的相应费用乙方承担。

7、短期佣工人员在工作中因故意或重大过失给乙方造成经济损失的,经甲乙双方认定或相关机构认定后,由责任人员负责赔偿,甲方应配合乙方进行追偿。

五、乙方的权利和义务:

1、乙方使用短期佣工人员必须明确其告知工作内容。

2、乙方应为短期佣工人员提供基本的劳动条件和岗位劳动保护,并对短期佣工人员进行必要的岗位培训和安全教育。短期佣工人员发生工作伤亡事故或因工造成第三者伤害事故(经

有关权威部门认定),乙方应按国家相关规定处理。

3、乙方需按本协议规定及时足额向甲方支付本协议相关劳务费用,不得拖欠。

4、乙方有权按照制定的各项管理规章制度对短期佣工人员进行考勤考核奖惩考核,乙方可对短期佣工人员采取相应的奖惩措施。

5、乙方有权查询甲方发放短期佣工人员的工资情况。

6、乙方对短期佣工人员实行每天8---10小时每周至少休息一天的工作制度,乙方因生产需要短期佣工人员加班的应按有关国家规定支付劳务人员加班费或给予调休。

7、短期佣工人员有下列情况之一的,乙方有权遣返退回甲方,涉及经济处罚或经济赔偿等问题时,按照乙方相关规章制度由甲方负责处理后返还乙方。

(1)试用期内被证明不符合乙方录用工条件的;

(2)严重违反乙方劳动纪律和各项管理规章制度的;

(3)严重失职,营私舞弊,给乙方造成300元以上损失的;

(4)被依法追究刑事责任的;

(5)短期佣工人员不能胜任工作,经培训或调整岗位考核,仍不能胜任工作的。

8、如乙方终止使用短期佣工,乙方应提前7天书面通知甲方以便甲方处理。

六、协议纠纷处理:

因履行本协议发生争议的,由双方协商处理;协商不成的,双方均有权向有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。

七、其他事项:

1、本协议未尽事宜,由甲乙双方协商一致后书面补充约定,补充协议与本协议内容有不一致的,以补充协议内容为准。

2、本协议一式两份,经甲乙双方签字盖章后生效,甲乙双方各执一份,每份具有同等法律效力。
