“5.25”大学生心理健康教育活动月

征文大赛征集活动计划

一.活动背景:

为了激发大学生对学习生活的深度感悟,为同学们提供心灵倾诉的互动平台,

探索心理健康知识的源泉,书写唯美激昂的篇章。让同学们以文字的形式悦纳自我的内心世界,写出对生活的感悟,记录点滴感恩之情,我系特举办“5.25”大学生心理健康教育活动月征文大赛征文活动。

二.活动主题:

“悦纳自我,感恩生活,关注心理健康,构建和谐校园。”

三、活动目的:

1、普及心理健康常识,提升心理健康工作水平

2、帮助学生解决心理困惑,提高自我教育的积极性、主动性,引导学生充分

认识心理健康对自身发展的重要性

3、学会心理调适的技巧,营造积极向上的心理氛围,促进学生全面发展和健

康成长

4、让更多的同学进一步意识到,在认真学好知识的同时,还应积极地关注自

身的心理健康,不断完善自己的人格,以适应现代社会的需要。

四.活动时间:2014年6月4日

五. 作品要求:

1)体裁不限,可为心理情景剧剧本、心理格言、心情故事、心灵讲述、

论文、随笔、诗歌、散文、调研报告等,字数不限。

2)内容积极向上,彰显大学生健康心理。

3)语言流畅、文字精炼、严禁抄袭、一经发现将取消该生参赛资格。

4)参赛作品需有手写稿(有封皮)及电子版。

六.活动流程:

1.由宣传小组进行前期的宣传工作。

2.活动进行期间由项目组负责收集各方呈递上的文章并交由审核组审核!

3.由审核组选出其中优秀的文章,并给予评价。

4.数学系不设立奖项,择优秀作品上交校级。优秀作品按比例选出一、二、

三等奖及优秀奖若干名,颁发校级荣誉证书。

——记数学系硕士研究生经验交流会

2014年5月31日,由理学院12硕数学第一、第二、第三党支部联合组织,以“共圆中国梦,同铸理院魂”为主题的数学系硕士经验交流会在诚意楼102举行。本着一切服务同学的宗旨,数学系12硕的三个党支部邀请了即将毕业本系学长为12级的硕士同学就找工作、保博、留学等问题分享了他们的心得体会

侯海婷同学在得到邀请后认真的为同学们准备了关于求职ppt,从怎样做简历到面试着装、从行政能力测试到保洁八大问,从求职网站介绍到争取实习机会,全面的为同学们介绍了如何找到自己满意的工作。

签约到航天九院的魏巍同学在和大家一起分享自己的求职经历时,更多的把能够签约到心仪的单位归功于自己“人品大爆发”,但从他的发言中可以感受到注重自身知识积累和能力养成才是他打开求职之门的钥匙。

准备到香港理工大学读博的王洪同学最后发言,他从自身经历出发,为大家详细介绍了到香港以及其他国家和地区留学所需要做的准备,认真的为大家分析了香港以及主要欧美国家的出国政策,为有留学意向的同学答疑解惑。

参加本次交流会的11级同学还有鲍翠红、崔影、杨涛涛、苗健等四位同学。

互动交流阶段现场氛围热烈,12级的同学纷纷就自己所关心的问题进行提问,学长一一作答。活动结束后,12级同学为前来参加经验交流会的学长送上精心准备的小礼物和真切的祝福。

整个活动持续了两个多小时,会后同学反映收获颇丰。“它山之石,可以攻玉”,学长学姐们的求职经验使大家更明确了自己努力的方向,对求职也变得更加坦然。数学系12硕的各个党支部也将在以后的工作中,为同学们在求职、求学、科研、生活方面更多更好的服务,为“共圆中国梦,同铸理院魂”做出自己的努力。
