艺术传媒竞聘演讲稿

莫斯科大学艺术系艺术学2014届硕士研究生

各位领导、各位评委：

大家好！我叫吕楠，今年28岁，莫斯科大学艺术学硕士研究生毕业，来自香港摄影报。非常的高兴和感谢各位领导及评委给予我这次珍贵的机会，今天能站在这座讲台上参加贵台的招聘演讲，对我来说，一直是心中的梦想。

当我还是在学生时代的时候，为了理想和感知世界，我选择了留学。自从2014年留学至今，已有近十年的海外学习生活，先后在俄国与美国完成了本科至研究生阶段的学习，在艺术学研究生学界中取得了优异的成绩，多篇学术论文在大学里发表，同时任艺术系研究生会的代表并多次成功组织接待了国内高校的学习访问，赢得了院方的表奖，同时也是莫斯科大学艺术系第一位中国籍硕士研究生学位的获得者。在这十年的国外学习与生活中，我努力着建立和完善自己的世界观、人生观和价值观，受到了西方文化的熏陶与感染，充实了自己的学识，开阔了视野并培养了自己不同的艺术审美观。

我涉猎新闻传媒工作是在2014年，在一次偶然的机会我接触到新闻传媒行业并幸运的加入了香港摄影报社，做了一名记者，从事美术摄影采编工作，到现在也有了6年的传媒工作时间了。在这段期间，通过不断地学习和实践，自已的理论水平、业务技能得到了不断的提高，积极、主动地开展工作，勤奋学习，结合自己在艺术领域的知识

以及在海外的见解敢于创新，并从参加的各项省市文化艺术活动中，积累了相关的传媒经验和编导组织能力。在这每一个过程中都蕴含了行里领导和同事对我的支持和帮助，同时也倾注了自己辛勤的汗水。

可能各位评委会有所疑问：学习古典艺术，怎么能和新闻传媒工作有着关联呢？关于这一点，我个人认为：新闻传媒与文化艺术有着十分微妙的关系，它们两者之间以人们的生活做为纽带，彼此共同起着推动精神文明建设的重任，相互形成了分形共气的联系。文化艺术来自平凡的生活，从与时俱进的角度来说，文化艺术方面的活动更是新闻媒体万盛的源泉，新闻的即时性、随机性以人民的文化生活为土壤才得以创造性的飞跃。艺术来源于生活，传媒则服务于生活。

在来演讲之前，我曾对央视、凤凰卫视和美国cnn有线电视新闻网的成功之道做过一些了解和分析：

长期以来，央视作为中国的媒介之王，其信息资源的独占性无可匹敌，频道全天24小时播出，同时不遗余力的塑造具有影响力的精品栏目和名牌主持人，在广告经营方面不断更新广告的招标政策，并且借助在政治上的独具优势影响着中国文化的发展，对推动中国文化及信息传媒事业中作出了山河众川的巨大贡献。

凤凰卫视能取得今天的成就，是因为在其新闻报道理念、主持人包装、运作模式的方面的独到之处，很好的迎合了当今大众的收视心理和履行了当今时代所赋予媒体的职责。地处经济发达、信息多元、文化交汇的国际化都市香港特区，借助无法比拟的地缘优势，敢于尝

试和勇于探索的进取精神，使得只有十年发展历史的新兴媒体在全国媒介占有了不可动摇的一席之地。

世界新闻先驱cnn有线电视新闻网，一直致力于为观众提供透明度高、准确客观的各方面新闻消息，并为观众提供有关国际问题的全面可靠的报道。(请你支持)其分布世界各地的新闻分社拥有大批获奖记者，提供直接而有力度的新闻报道，并且有每小时都为观众提供各个方面最新消息的新闻传播网络。cnn独特的具有超现时代的新闻新概念和无比的创造力，由此让cnn博得了全美乃至全球新闻界的无尚赞誉。

从以上三台成功的地方，我们不难看出他们的某些共同性：都是以资讯的报道、主持人的推广与合理的广告策略屹立在当下竞争残酷而激烈的信息传媒的象牙塔尖之上。显然，这里有很多地方是值得我们传媒行业予以肯定、加以探索和努力学习的。

新闻是建立多国文化和信息资讯的第一桥梁，21世纪是信息大爆炸的时代，人们对信息的渴求愈发强烈，信息对人们开展工作，学习知识及生产生活具有重大的作用。所以我认为：

第一：电视媒体频道的建设需要全面、快速而真实的资讯为先，从新闻、访谈、科教、艺术、体育、娱乐等各个方面入手，以深度访谈、谈话、辩论类栏目为点，提供新闻背景、分析、评论、综述、意见等来增加新闻的深度和广度；培养具有品牌效应的主持人，优秀的主持人能让节目充满活力，在风格上独树一帜，拔得头筹，为节目赢得声誉，使频道成为观众们目光聚集的新闻焦点；构建系统完善的广

告营销策略，与国内国际建立了一个更加全面的全球范围的信息网络，拓展任何可能的市场机遇，促进广告营销呈逐步上升的趋势。

第二：开创和引领新时代潮流的3g技术的运用及拓展，尝试开展与国家通讯业在创新移动内容、产品、服务和应用的开发与合作，使得频道的资讯作为实时移动通讯的内容，与手机媒体互动，增强节目的参与性，对有影响力的节目开办wap论坛并凝聚人气，进一步的扩大电视台的影响力，并为增加自身业务能力和资本增值提供可能。

第三：作为有着五千年历史的国度，我们能忘记先祖们为我们开创并遗留下来的古老文明吗？当然是不能的，相反的可以说这是一种信息资源的浪费。我们要吸取和借鉴本民族文化特有的精神，沿袭万年间值得保留的传统，博众家之长，融会贯通，在迎合世界信息时代飞速发展的步伐的同时，开创中国文化的新信息传媒。

评委们，当你们获得种种成功与荣耀的时候，一定不会忽略一个角色，对，它就是集体。所有的成功其是一个伟大的集体所带来的艰辛的付出，这种光荣同样也属于集体中的每一员，属于大家。一个人的成功并非完全靠一己之力，而是得到了众多人的协调与帮助。在集体的光环下，我们依附团队的力量，鼓舞起团队合作的无私精神，树立良好的工作作风，让我们开发并展现出具有新时代团队精神的无限的潜能。

对于自己的不足之处，诚恳的说，我认为自己的年龄相对年轻，从事新闻传媒工作的时间较短，与资深的媒体人相比，我可以说是初出茅庐，欠缺了传媒工作的经验。但是我具备学识，有着对艺术的感

悟和对文化的理解，我需要的是磨砺和实践。也许你们不会，也许你们会相信，我对自己充满着信心和热情，从未放弃朝着自己的理想而去奋斗，凭靠自己的创造力左右着自己的未来。在面对瞬息万变的信息传媒时代，惯性思维制约着发展，唯有青年的热情，胆识与智慧才能开拓新信息传媒时代的新视野，创造新文化。

传媒工作带给了我精神上更多的激情，可以通过自己的理念和思想来改变生活，也是创造文明价值的新动力，为人类的情感注入更广阔的元素，丰富了生命赋予我们的意义。所以我们要结合天时地利人和，审时度势，扬长避短，办出自己的特色与优势，竭力为新闻传媒工作做出贡献，提高企业的创收，为贵台赢得美好的声誉，树立起内地传媒品牌的新形象。

人类追求知识的结晶，对科学的苦心钻研，向任何未知的冒险；我们所拥有的技术和无限的想象力，甚至是来自战争的经验；我们犯过错误有过失败，遭受过苦难，但在人类的历史上，只有一种伟大的情操，能让我们永远的迈向前方，那就是：勇气！

最后，我想引用欧.亨利的一句话：一旦 热爱上她 什么奉献都不难。
