面试自我介绍过程很多人都会多多少少有些紧张的感觉，而一旦紧张就会影响到自己的表达方式，同时表达能力是面试过程非常关键的一点，许多求职者比较容易犯的一个错误就是语气过分的做作。千万不要小视这个自我介绍，它既是打动面试考官的敲门砖，也是推销自己的极好机会，因此一定要好好把握。那么如何把握好面试自我介绍语气的表达方式呢？

首先接到面试通知后，最好在家打个自我介绍的草稿，然后试着讲述几次，感觉一下。

其次自我介绍时首先应礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白，并向所有的面试人员示意，如果面试考官正在注意别的东西，可以稍微等一下，等他们注意转过来后才开始。

然后注意掌握时间，如果面试考官规定了时间，一定要注意时间的掌握，既不能超时太长，也不能过于简短，以2-3分钟为宜。

第四介绍的内容不宜太多地停留在诸如姓名、教育背景、工作经历、时间等东西上，因为这些在你的简历表上已经有了，你应该更多的谈一些跟你所申请mba有关的工作经历和所取得的成绩，以证明你确实有能力胜任所申请商学院的mba。

第五在做自我介绍时，眼睛千万不要东张西望，四处游离，显得漫不经心的样子，这会给人做事随便、注意力不集中的感觉。眼睛最好要多注视面试考官，但也不能长久注视目不转睛。再就是尽量少加一些手的辅助动作，因为这毕竟不是在做讲演，保持一种得体的姿态也是很重要的。

第六要与自己的情况基本符合，不可夸张。面试中的自我介绍不可避免地会有一些人为修饰成分，这些修饰主要是对自己优点、个性等的总结提炼，而不是有意夸大或制造出事实上并不存在的优点，总的来说应是与个人基本相符。

第七面试结束时要根据场景，根据自己的表现及面试官当时的话语，说再见或感谢之类的话，没有统一的模式。

要想让人力资源考官们欣赏你，你必须明确地告诉考官们你具有应考职位必需的能力与素质，而只有你对此有信心并表现出这种信心后，你才证明了自己。 所以我们要充满自信的自我介绍！

应聘者在谈自己的优点的一个明智的办法是：在谈到自己的优点时，保持低调。也就是轻描淡写、语气平静，只谈事实，别用自己的主观评论。同时也要注意适可而止，重要的、关键的，要谈，与面试无关的特长最好别谈。另外，谈过自己的优点后，也要谈自己的缺点，但一定要强调自己克服这些缺点的愿望和努力。
