写信作文指导
如何写信
书信在日常生活中的运用是非常广泛的，它涉及的内容可以包容我们生活的全部。人们之间传递信息，交流思想，互通情况，都离不开它，书信有一般书信和专用书信之分。
一般书信，是按照习惯的格式把说的话写下来寄给对方的一种应用文体。它由称呼、向候、正文、敬祝语、署名和日期等部分组成。
称呼:把收信人的称呼写在第一行，顶格，以表示薄敬和礼貌。平时写信人对收信人如何称呼，信上如何称呼，称呼要注意礼貌，称呼后要加冒号。
问候:称呼下再接着写问候语。间候语要有针对性。对老年人一般问候健康状况，对同学问候学习，遇到节日就致以节日间候，而不仅只使用“你好”两字。正文:这是主要部分。一般在问候语的下一行空两格开始写。
敬祝语:敬祝语是正文写完之后表示致敬、祝贺、祝愿的话，用来结束全文。敬祝语一般分为两截写，前截表示信到此结束，多用“顺祝”、“顺颂”等，习惯写在信正文的下一行空格的地方，紧接着信的正文不另起一行也可以，后面均不用标点，后截一定要写在前截下一行的顶格处。
署名:敬祝语以后，就另换一行，在后半行写上写信人的姓名。在署名的下面写上写信的日期。
写一般的书信还应该注意:
一要清楚明白。写信时，不论它的目的是什么，都必须把话写得清楚明白。因为收信人不在你的身边，如果没把内容写清楚，收信人就不能立即询问，往往会引起误解。因此，在写信时必须考虑好先写什么，后写什么，把叙述的内容排得清清楚楚，信写完了，再从收信人的角度，把信看一看，看看意思是否说清楚了。
二是感情真挚。写信就是和收信人交谈，收信人不在面前，而是通过书面语言把要说的话写出来，平时说话要有情感，写信同样如此，师生之间、同学之间、朋友之间??写信时都要表示一番真情;语言的表达应该情真意切。
三是语言得体。写信时要注意写信人和收信人的关系。给长辈或平辈写信，给熟悉的挚友写信，关系不同，语气也要有所不同，有的可以直率些，有的可以委婉些。
一般书信的写法，主要包括五个部分：
1、 开头
在信纸的第一行顶格写上称呼，称呼后用冒号“：”。这是写信人对收信人的称谓，表达写信人与收信人之间的关系。我国民族众多，家庭成员及亲属之间的称呼，往往不大一样，但基本相同。
常用的称呼分别有：
⑴父母，称父亲（爸爸、爹）、母亲（妈妈、娘）。联在一起称父母亲或者双亲。自称儿子或女儿。
⑵父亲的父亲称祖父（爷爷），父亲的母亲称祖母（奶奶）。自己称孙子、孙女；母亲的父亲称外祖父（外公、姥爷），母亲的母亲称外祖母（外婆、姥姥）。自称外孙、外孙女。⑶父亲的哥哥称伯父（伯伯、大爷），伯父的妻子称伯母（大娘、大妈）；父亲的弟弟称叔父（叔叔），叔父的妻子称婶母（婶婶、婶娘）；父亲的姐妹称姑母（未出嫁的称姑姑），姑母的丈夫称姑父。自称侄男或侄女。 ⑷伯（叔）父的儿子称堂兄、堂弟；伯（叔）父的女儿称堂姐、堂妹。
⑸母亲的兄弟称舅父（娘舅、舅舅），舅父的妻子称舅母（舅妈）；母亲的姐妹称姨母（姨妈、姨），姨母的丈夫称姨父（姨丈）。自称外甥、外甥女。
⑹舅父、姨母、姑母的儿子、女儿称表兄、表弟或表姐、表妹。自称表弟、表兄或表妹、表姐。
⑺哥哥的妻子称嫂嫂，自称弟。
⑻弟弟的妻子称弟媳（弟妹），自称兄。
⑼姐姐的丈夫称姐夫，自称内弟；妹妹的丈夫称妹夫（妹婿），自称内兄。
⑽妻子的父母称岳父、岳母，自称女婿。
⑾妻子的姐妹称姨姐、姨妹，自称妹夫、姐夫；妻子的姐（妹）夫称襟兄、襟弟，
自称襟弟、襟兄。
⑿丈夫的父母称公公（爸爸、公爹）、婆婆（妈妈、公婆），自称儿媳。 在称呼
前面加上一些适当的形容词，可以进一步表达写信人对收信人的感情，也会使收
信人觉得亲切、愉快。如：敬爱的祖父、祖母。亲爱的爸爸、妈妈。
2、正文
在称呼下一行空两格写正文，写信的主要内容，或告诉对方情况，或交
流思想感情，或询问、提出某些问题，要把事情一件件清清楚楚写明白。
3、结尾
正文写完后，要按收信人和自己的关系，写上一些表示敬意或祝愿的问
候语作为信的结尾。如“此致”、“敬礼”等，在正文下一行，前面空两格写起。
⑴对长辈，可用“敬祝健康”、“恭请金安”、“福安”、“长寿”等。
⑵对平辈，可用“祝你愉快”、“工作顺利”、“祝你进步”、“春安”等。
⑶对晚辈，可用“祝你学习进步”、“顺问近好”、“望多保重”
４、落款。写上自己的称呼和姓名。
５、注明日期。
在落款下面写上年月日。目的是让对方知道写信的时间，也可同时写上地点。如
“2014年6月20日于沈阳”。
６、补充内容。
如果信写完后，忽然想起还有什么事情需要补充，可在信的后面写上“又”、“另”、
“附言”等字样，然后把要补充的话写上即可。
