hi, everybody. i am a modern post-90s girl, called emma.

since junior high school, because of busy work, my father moved to live in a far away company. weekly or even monthly, i can only see him once. also, my mother is on duty at night, so i don’t often see her, either. every night, i’m alone at home, take care of myself and feel lonely. i miss my father and hope to have a warm dinner, not just myself alone. ----------40s

it has been three years, think carefully, i want to ask: in the times of cosseted generation, am i really lucky? in my view, living in this age is both lucky and unlucky._15s

we live without war full of information, modern science and technology. life is very convenient. we don’t need to worry about food. there are a lot of opportunities and time to learn a lot of knowledge and develop our own interests. what’s more, there is only one child per family with enough love and fully attention. so we are healthy and lucky._____35s

but every coin has two sides, to think from another side, we may be unlucky. as is mentioned, it‘s lucky that we have enough love and care. but once our parents are away from us, we’ll be lonely and become indifferent if love is given too much, teenagers may become unsatisfied; personality is stubborn, extreme, selfish and lacking in tolerance.

at junior high school, i had a beautiful rich but arrogant classmate. she didn’t allow people to say no to her and did anything she wanted to do. the result was that she wanted to make real friends but can’t make it.

what’s more, the more we are loved, the more responsibility and pressure we have. we study harder to return the love. but if we don’t succeed, having little experience, we may collapse desperate jump off the building suicide. my good friend, because of the failure in his test, he became depraved, i’m very sad for that.

generally speaking, in the modern era, we are both lucky and unlucky. but whether lucky or not, we should enjoy everything we have, converting the misfortune to luck.

it’s my honor that our factory give me the chance to stand here and exchange my ideas with all of you. and my topic is “dancing youth, cheering wisco” the morning, when the national flag and the sun rise at the same time, a fifty-year-old steel giant, he, who sits on the vast bank of yangtse river, is so majestic and magnificent under the sunshine. he is the eldest son of our republic’s steel that we are dedicated to, and proud of-----wuhan iron and steel corporation (wisco).

today, our hearts are full of aspirations and expectations, we are carrying enthusiasm and respect for the glorious tomorrow. when we look back, thoughts thronged our minds; when we look ahead, our chest are filled with boundless pride.

after half a century of the hard pioneering course, the burning passion that people in wisco have can melt ice and snow; after half a century of the dogged struggle, the high morale that people in wisco have can move the god! what the galloping molten- iron aroused is not only a happy and tragic history, but also a phylogeny that can encourage people to advance bravely.

now, wixco becomes larger. we have merged egang, recombined liugang, and held kungang, found the fangchenggang centre of a steel project, and established guangxi iron and steel corporation. through these, a united corporation throughout the whole country leaps to the eyes.

now, wisco becomes stronger. those small converter, sintering factories, and those equipments that had fallen so behind are all disappeared. instead, we have the modern line of production with the world advanced level; those deserted places now have been the grand red-steel city! a modern large-scale corporation with the large-sized equipment, modern industry, professional product and nearly 30-million-ton steel output stands on the bank of the yangste river, among the strong opponents of the spine and becomes the south-central iron and steel aircraft carrier worthy of the name.

now, wisco becomes more beautiful. the hot production site is surrounded by a piece of green glass; in front of the towering buildings, orange osmanthus waves sweet. it seems that they tell the strong and prosperous wisco.

young people are the backbone of the enterprise development. they are the hopes and dreams of wisco to take off. to develop the “three bases”---- silicon steel sheet cold rolling, high quality automobile sheet, and high-performance structural steel, to rank among the world top 500 enterprises, to enter the world top 10 steel industry, we need to have the spirit of perseverance and work hard.
